Bridge Group Supplier Code of Conduct

At Bridge Group, we operate with integrity, accountability, and respect for international trade and ethical business practices. As a supplier, you are expected to:

– Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including fair trade practices, labor rights, and environmental sustainability.
– Maintain transparency in transactions, ensuring honest and ethical business dealings.
– Respect workers’ rights and human dignity, prohibiting any form of forced labor, child labor, or discrimination.
– Avoid unethical business practices, including fraud, misrepresentation, or deception in supply chain operations.

Failure to uphold these principles may result in termination of business agreements and removal from Bridge Group’s supplier network.

 

Business Ethics & Anti-Corruption Principles

Bridge Group strictly prohibits any form of corruption, bribery, or unethical business practices. Suppliers, their employees, and subcontractors must NEVER:

– Give or receive bribes or anything of value to influence transactions or gain improper business advantages.
– Engage in fraudulent practices to secure contracts or manipulate procurement processes.
– Offer inducements monetary or otherwise to Bridge Group employees or third-party officials.
– Make facilitation payments (grease payments) to expedite approvals or routine governmental actions.
– Engage in anti-competitive behavior or illegal trade practices.

Suppliers found violating anti-corruption regulations may face legal consequences and termination of business relations.

Business Gifts & Conflicts of Interest

At Bridge Group, maintaining objectivity and fairness in business decisions is crucial. Therefore:

– Employees engaged in procurement or supplier management must not accept gifts, entertainment, or favors that could influence business decisions.
– Suppliers must not offer gifts, travel incentives, or hospitality beyond nominal value, ensuring ethical interactions.
– Any potential conflict of interest such as personal relationships or financial stakes in a supplier must be disclosed immediately.
